This position reports to:
Production Engineering Manager__
In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB’s operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities.
The work model for the role is: onsite
This role is contributing to the ELSP in Jiangmen. Main stakeholders are Engineering Department
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Development of a production scheduling and capacity simulation mini-program
- Sort out the needs of the business department and transform them into the language of IT
- Formulate an initial solution, output the program design process and overall architecture
- Use Python or C# to design programs and Debug existing ones
- Business data extraction and report development
- Investigate the data synchronization and data warehouse requirements of the business department
- Establish data streams and triggers to synchronize data to the data warehouse
- Report development as required by the business department
Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)
- Good logical thinking and expression skills
- Good team communication skills and proactive in pushing work
- Be familiar with SQL statements and ETL development
- Familiar with Python or C#
- Computer-related major or relevant project experience is preferred
