Job Description
As a Software Development Intern (.NET), you will help develop modern engineering applications used in industrial and digital design environments. You will work with experienced engineers on real-world projects related to simulation, configuration, and visualization solutions. During the internship, we offer flexible working hours to allow you to combine your studies with gaining your first professional experience.
This Internship starts in August and is a paid hybrid position based in Katowice, Poland. You will report to the Software Team Lead
Your Responsibilities- Support development of engineering software applications.
- Contribute to implementation of new features and improvements.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging activities.
- Collaborate with teams, including developers, testers, and product owners.
- Apply software development best practices and learn modern DevOps approaches.
- Active student status in Computer Science or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of object-oriented programming (preferably C#).
- Interest in desktop application development and modern software design.
- Proficiency in English, fluency in Polish
- Availability to work at least 20 hours per week,
- Legal work and stay permits in Poland.
- Familiarity with C# / .NET ecosystem.
- Any exposure to WPF and MVVM pattern.
- Knowledge of unit testing frameworks (e.g., MSTest) and mocking.
- Understanding of REST APIs or microservices architectures.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
