Throughout the server product lifecycle, you will collaborate with architecture, platform validation, manufacturing, and customer engineering teams. You will also build customer consumable software that provides visibility into system state, platform telemetry, hardware health indicators, and Intel Architecture internals to help solve in-field and at-scale operational challenges.
Please consider this is a Temporary position (2 years).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain scalable screening and automation software that supports customer fleet health, platform quality, validation, deployment readiness, monitoring, defect detection, and operational efficiency.
- Design, develop, and optimize telemetry collection, diagnostics, observability, and health monitoring software, primarily using Python and C/C++.
- Extend existing frameworks and integrate software libraries, services, and infrastructure components to improve visibility into platform state and Intel Architecture internals.
- Analyze large-scale telemetry and debug data to identify defect signatures, reliability trends, and opportunities for continuous quality improvement.
- Reproduce, debug, and resolve platform, firmware, and software issues in collaboration with customer-facing engineering teams.
- Perform root-cause investigations and develop screening methodologies across validation and customer environments.
- Support customer engagements through validation, deployment, and in-fleet operations.
- Collaborate across architecture, platform, validation, manufacturing, and customer enablement teams to deliver fleet-ready solutions and drive continuous quality improvements.
