What we're looking for:

• 6-8 years of hands-on experience working as an SDET or equivalent role.
• Good analytical skills and decision-making ability.
• Ability to work in a team as well as an individual.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Performance testing is added Qualifications.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent from a reputable university with good academic results is preferred. 
• Hands-on experience on java, selenium web driver.
• Experience on mobile automation with Appium is an advantage.
• Passion for leading teams and growing people.
• Experience with Scrum or other Agile methodologies.
• Have good experience handling Web-based and SaaS applications.

What you'll be doing:

• Understanding the requirement, performing analysis from coverage and impact perspective 
• Designing test scenarios and cases by referring the requirement document in test management tool. 
• Executing test cases in the test management tool and derive insightful reports. 
• Improving the quality of our released products by maintaining the RTM, ensuring test coverage and identifying issues in early phases of test life cycle. 
• Designing the test and release planning to validate the assigned product line.  
•  To lead the release activities from test planning to production monitoring.  
• Understanding, build, and maintain the Automation suites. Automating the qualified test cases for quick and accurate test execution. 
• Performing API automation testing using Rest Assured framework to ensure the in sprint automation. 
• Good knowledge of selenium/UI tool. Test Environment configuration. 
• Designing, enhancing, debugging and running the test automation scripts using Java. 
• Organizing, and managing Test Automation Resources and Frameworks. 
• Handling changes and conducting Regression Testing. 
• Co-coordinating Test team members and Development team in order to resolve the issues 
• Helping in performing the security testing of the application. 
• Mentoring the team members and helping them to accomplish assigned tasks. 
• Engaging and leading the communication with different functions to plan and execute the testing activities.
