- 6+ years experience as a SDET with strong object-oriented design and coding skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical field or equivalent work experience.
- Good experience in Frontend, API and Mobile(iOS and Android) automation framework developments
- Demonstrated knowledge of professional software engineering best practices for the full software testing life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build and release processes, continuous deployment, and test suite development and maintenance.
- Experience in any one language is a must (Java/ Python/JavaScript)
- Hands-on experience with automated testing tools like Selenium, Appium for Android and iOS.
- Hands on experience in version control systems like Git or SVN is a mustExperience working with AWS services (EC2, S3, CodeBuild etc.) CI/CD pipelines.
- Be a team player with a strong sense of ownership and collaboration.
- Strong SQL/DB SkillsKnowledge of Performance and Security testing will be an added advantage.
- Good communication skills and positive work attitude.
- Be the quality gatekeeper for product features used by ~ monthly active users.
- Design and develop fully automated system test suites.
- Build automated processes to generate system quality metrics. (eg: test-coverage, regressions, test runtime)Identify challenges, risks and provide test estimates for feature testing.
- Take ownership of feature testing and drive to completion.
- Mentor juniors in the team.
- Driving and maintaining the automation test suites.
- Maximize test coverage for the most critical features of the system using automation.
