You will: 

  • You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality assurance automation for our most central and high-traffic UI group, critical to our operations.
  • Design and implement automation systems for various software applications, enhancing efficiency and reducing manual intervention
  • Develop and maintain advanced automation frameworks that support new or enhanced features across different software environments
  • Create and manage detailed automation strategies and scripts, using your knowledge of open-source tools
  • Spearhead the automation of processes and tasks across multiple platforms and technologies to improve deployment cycles and product quality
  • Work closely with development teams to integrate automation processes seamlessly into the development lifecycle
  • Diagnose issues and refine automation systems to ensure robustness and scalability
  • Develop expertise in continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) systems and advocate for best practices in automation across the team
  • Keep up to date with emerging automation tools, strategies, and best practices

You have:

  • Minimum of five years of experience in QA automation engineering or related fields
  • Proven expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining automation frameworks and systems (UI interfaces and API-based applications).
  • Strong programming skills 
  • Experience with CI/CD methodologies and tools, with a focus on automation best practices
  • Experience in developing and executing automation scripts to enhance system performance and resilience.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Some of the good-to-have qualifications
    • A solid understanding of cloud infrastructure, preferably GCP and AWS
    • Familiarity with Dockers
    • In-depth understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture.
