Job Description
We are looking for a Junior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our Experian Software Services Team. You will guide testing process and automation excellence through good business, product awareness and use of software quality best practices. You will be part of an Agile development team, reporting to а Senior Software Team Manager, working with multiple partners such as Product Managers, Product Owners, Delivery and Operations Experts, to deliver a high-quality software product.
What you'll do:
- Be part of all phases of Software Development Lifecycle;
- Take part in software design discussions, reviews, test planning and test strategy definition;
- Create comprehensive test suits;
- Maintain and extend the available automation suits and frameworks;
- Support and extends the existing CI/CD pipelines;
- Build and extend a diverse set of functional and non-functional tests;
- Participate in research and adoption of new tools;
- Collaborate with other team members in implementation, code reviews, Scrum ceremonies.
Qualifications
What you are expected to bring:
- Experience in Java/C# or other OOP languages;
- Basic experience with test automation and exposure to various test frameworks;
- Basic experience with bug tracking and test management systems;
- Basic experience with version control systems;
- Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle;
- Knowledge of SQL and relational databases;
