What you can expect
- Write and maintain software requirements for low level driver
- Design and implement low level drivers for various peripherals and communication interfaces (e.g. Ethernet, CAN, UART, I2C)
- Configure and integrate AUTOSAR BSW modules
- Implement Functional Safety requirements and safety mechanisms
- Responsible for SWE.4 and SWE.5 testing activities
- Work in an Agile driven environment
- Assure that software deliverables are according to Magna quality standards (ASPICE compliant)
What you'll bring
- Solid skills in C/C++ programming languages
- Good understanding of classic AUTOSAR software architecture/modules
- Good knowledge of communication protocols, Ethernet and CAN
- Solid microcontrollers/SoCs architecture knowledge (hardware/software)
- Understanding of Functional Safety concepts (ISO 26262) and implementation of safety-related software
- Familiarity with debugging tools (e.g., Lauterbach, Wireshark)
- Good analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills
Nice to have
- Hardware architecture and schematic knowledge
- Previous experience with bring-up activities of complex SoC based hardware
- Previous experience with Automotive Ethernet switch bring-up and configuration
- Cyber Security (ISO 21434) knowledge
