Job Title
You’ll design, build, test, and maintain software solutions that support Amadeus platforms and products. Working closely with Product and Engineering partners, you’ll contribute to reliable, scalable systems while following established engineering standards and practices.
In This Role You’ll / Your Main ResponsibilitiesReview specifications and collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document user requirements for new or enhanced software solutions.
Design technical solutions, assess feasibility, and share solution options with Product Management and users for validation.
Develop and maintain software following documented Amadeus engineering standards, including database design and implementation.
Plan and run unit, integration, and performance testing, contributing to product validation and quality improvements across the delivery lifecycle.
Produce clear and up‑to‑date technical documentation and collaborate with Product partners to investigate and resolve issues in existing solutions.
Experience using cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Experience using Python and Go for platform tooling, including Software Development Kits (SDKs), Command Line Interfaces (CLIs), and Application Programming Interfaces (APIs).
Experience with Terraform and Ansible across multiple environments, including module versioning, registries, and policy or test automation.
Experience working with Kubernetes platforms such as Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) or OpenShift, and configuration tools like Helm or Kustomize.
Familiarity with event‑driven systems (e.g., RabbitMQ, Apache Kafka), Policy‑as‑Code tools such as Open Policy Agent (OPA), or basic FinOps (Financial Operations) concepts like tagging and budget awareness.
