About this opportunity:
Ericsson invites applications for the role of Software Developer. In this challenging and fulfilled position, you will be tasked with constructing customer's solutions during the building phase of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). As a Software Developer, you will be responsible for performing the detailed design of application and technical architecture components and classes according to the specification provided by the System Architect. The role also involves coding Software components and contributing to the early testing phases, as well as extending your support towards system testing.
What you will do:
• Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications.• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code.• Work with other members of a planning team to develop a prototype plan for an enterprise system that including what key features system users require in the system as well as integration strategies to update existing systems that will transition into the new system build down the road.• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications.• Review Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems.• Help team member to maintain code quality.
The skills you bring:
• 3-5 Years of Development experience in Java technology. Development of solution like VAS application, middle layer application (API layer), Content Partner Management Solution, Web Portal, Chatbot etc.• Excellent knowledge of Core Java(Thread, collection, queue) , J2EE,Servlets , JSP and Apache camel routing.• Development experience with JSE/JEE, Java based Micro-services framework and implementation, Spring framework, Hibernate framework, SQL etc• Implementation experience of micro-service integration, packaging, build automation and deployment• Strong knowledge of micro-service logging, monitoring, debugging and testing• Understanding of Python libraries for XML parsing, validation, finding differences.• Handson experience in python• Good at data structures, algorithms, problem solving and design patterns• Object oriented analysis and design using common design patterns• Profound insight of java and JEE internals (Class loading, Memory Management, Transaction Management etc)• Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate, postgres)• Experience in the Spring Boot, Spring framework, Spring Data JPA, Spring MVC, Spring Security• Experience in build tool like Gradle & Maven• Should be comfortable working on unix / linix systems• Experience with Test Driven Development (TDD) and testing tools such as Junit and Mockito.• Experience in UX tool like Angular, NodeJS : Optional• Preferable to have experience in Microservice.• Preferable to have experience in cloud architecture and any one automatic code generation tools like Amazon Q,GitHub Copilot etc.
