Job Summary
The Back-Office Middleware team is seeking a skilled Software Engineer to join our agile, cross-functional team in Pune. In this role, you will develop and integrate our financial, backend, and contract management systems while ensuring seamless connectivity with our CRM and other corporate financial platforms. You'll contribute to feature development, system enhancements, and troubleshooting efforts to maintain high-performance production systems.
What you will do
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain integrations for financial and backend systems.
- Work with third-party applications and APIs to enhance system capabilities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve defects, analyzing root causes and implementing solutions. • Assist in maintaining system performance, uptime, and integrity.
- Write and optimize scripts for system administration (Bash, PowerShell, etc.).
- Perform system performance analysis and capacity planning.
- Participate in incident response to address system failures.
- Provide documentation, cross-training, and technical support to team members.
- Continuously improve back-office systems through automation and process enhancements.
- Estimate development efforts and adhere to project timelines.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry best practices
What you will have
- Strong proficiency in Golang or a similar modern backend programming language.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with RESTful web services.
- Background in object-oriented design, coding, and unit testing.
- At least 2-3 years of software development experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, Apttus, or other contract management systems. • Familiarity with cloud-based product development.
- Understanding of SSL, PKI, and security-related technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and GitHub.
