The Principal API Platform Product Manager will define and lead DigiCert's API platform, collaborating with product teams, managing initiatives, and ensuring the API vision aligns with both internal and external needs.

Own and grow corporate accounts by selling DigiCert solutions, driving cross-sell/up-sell, closing multi-year subscription SaaS deals, building executive relationships, forecasting and documenting activity in Salesforce, and using disciplined account planning to increase penetration and customer satisfaction.

Provide customer support in Mandarin or Hebrew, validate and submit applications, execute and coordinate validation testing, analyze test data to meet validation criteria, research customers, document trends, maintain tracking databases, and liaise with internal teams.

The Product Manager will advance the Trust Lifecycle Manager platform by integrating with cloud services, driving technical execution, and collaborating cross-functionally to create customer-facing capabilities.

The Principal Product Manager will own partner platform requirements, leading strategy, execution, and cross-functional collaboration while ensuring the platform meets the distinct needs of partners and fosters platform integration opportunities.

Lead rapid prototyping and customer experiments to validate digital trust, identity, AI, and security solutions. Lead and own a GTM platform domain: design, build, test, deploy, and maintain Salesforce configurations and automations. Lead strategy, design, and daily operations of DigiCert's PKI and CA infrastructure. Ensure availability, security, compliance (WebTrust, CA/B Forum), HSM administration and key ceremonies, drive automation, manage audits and policies (CPS/CP), define DR/BCP for HSMs, mentor distributed PKI teams, and serve as SME and escalation point for complex PKI incidents.

Generate and qualify enterprise leads via inbound and outbound outreach (~80 touches/day). Engage IT and C-level contacts, learn DigiCert solutions, collaborate with AEs and marketing, and nurture prospects to build pipeline.

Design AI-native product experiences from concept to production. Collaborate with product, engineering, and research to create prototypes, conduct user research, apply user-centered design, iterate on feedback, and support design systems to improve usability of complex AI and security workflows.

Manage DNSME customer relationships as primary contact, drive adoption and renewals, coordinate cross-functional teams, present business reviews, handle escalations, proactively communicate changes, and ensure customers realize value from DigiCert solutions.

Provide German-language technical support for DigiCert SSL/PKI products via tickets, email, phone, and chat. Troubleshoot networking, web server, and certificate issues, document cases in CRM, meet productivity targets, and contribute to self-help knowledge using KCS principles.

Manage renewals and drive net-new revenue for corporate customers, build strong customer relationships with in-region Account Manager, increase adoption and retention, identify opportunities, use Apptus/SFDC/Clari for quoting and forecasting, liaise with order management, and travel as needed for customer meetings and events.

Prepare and review payroll processing inputs and outputs for multiple international entities, post monthly payroll entries, perform reconciliations of payroll liabilities and income statement items, investigate discrepancies and audit findings, support month-end close and variance analysis, coordinate with auditors and global finance colleagues, and assist on finance improvement projects.

Provide bilingual (Spanish) technical support for DigiCert products, respond to customer inquiries via tickets, email, phone and chat, collaborate with engineering and product teams to resolve issues, document cases in the CRM, contribute to self-help content, and meet productivity and customer satisfaction targets.

Lead migration from Eloqua to Marketo and manage Marketo operations. Design lifecycle, lead scoring, segmentation, attribution, campaign hierarchies, reporting, and governance. Execute campaign builds, ensure data quality and integrations, and deliver actionable insights partnering across Marketing, Sales, Revenue Ops, and Engineering.

The Principal Software Engineer will lead the design and development of scalable backend systems, mentor teams, and ensure high code quality while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Lead PKI standards and compliance work: analyze certificate practices against industry standards, represent the company in standards bodies, author internal policy artifacts, perform root cause analyses, monitor evolving cryptography and automation trends, and advise product and engineering teams on compliance impacts.

As an Associate Solutions Engineer, you will support technical presales, develop product knowledge, analyze customer needs, and collaborate with sales teams, including travel as needed.
