Responsibilities
- Translate application stories, use cases, and web page concept designs into functional, dynamic web applications.
- Provide estimates of level of work effort and time for completion.
- Develop and unit test complex application web components.
- Develop full-stack applications with Java, Angular, TypeScript, Bash, and Node.js.
- Design, code, and integrate application business layer with external application components.
- Develop and execute automated scripts for deployments and testing.
- Create and maintain required technical documentation to support the application.
- Follow the established best coding practices with design, reviews, and documentation using the accepted tools and technologies.
- Leverage UI, API, and accessibility tests to ensure code is high-quality and production-ready.
- Design, code, and integrate application business layer. Create or update system documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Familiar with functional and object-oriented programming languages.
- Exposure to current development technologies and methodologies (Microservices, Cloud computing, Agile).
- Basic foundational AWS knowledge (Cloud concepts, Security, Technology and Services).
- Experience or exposure to VS Code, IntelliJ GIT, Gitlab and Bamboo (Atlassian).
- Exposure to current open-source frameworks (Hibernate, Spring, Angular).
- Must be familiar with implementing standard best practices (i.e., secure programming Java patterns and test-first development).
- Knowledge of AWS serverless technologies, such as Lambda, SNS, and knowledge of infrastructure as code with AWS CloudFormation and/or AWS CDK are a plus.
- Position requires U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident with three or more years of U.S.residency.

Salary: $72,200-92,000
