Software Developer
The Team
We are a friendly and driven software development team committed to delivering cutting-edge solutions. Our enterprise storage software product is primarily written in C++ with test software written in Python. In addition, there is a web-based interface developed using JavaScript.
Our work environment operates in a hybrid model, with teams currently spending two days per week in the office in Broadstone, close to Poole on the south coast.
The Role
We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Software Engineer to join one of our SCRUM teams, focusing on C++ backend development using state-of-the-art development tools and practices.
The Software Engineer will design and implement C++ backend features, resolving defects to optimize product performance. As a key SCRUM team member, participate actively in all stages, including code reviews, and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.

What You’ll Bring
- Strong proficiency in C++ programming with a solid understanding of object-oriented principles.
- Ideally, possess some knowledge and practical experience in Python.
- Demonstrate a strong sense of teamwork while also making valuable individual contributions.
- Knowledge of software development best practices, including code reviews, testing, and version control.
