Are you a Software Developer that likes working on important and high visibility projects? Then we need your help! We have an urgent and immediate need for a Software Developer to join our team at a customer-site in McLean, VA.
Project: The customer has a need to enhance an enterprise application to support advanced search and discovery, 3D visualization, and Computer Vision workflows. You will have the opportunity to help shape the design, UI/UX and functionality of the application while working with a team of dedicated software developers. The job will allow you to be instrumental in developing new ideas and unique solutions for an application that is getting off the ground and will have high visibility.
Day-to-Day with your Colleagues:

• Implement new application features based on customer requirements.
• Work with UI/UX experts and power users to build a intuitive and well researched application.
• Understand the technical needs of other developers in the overall application architecture.

Minimum Requirements:

• Strong experience with Javascript and front-end frameworks such as Svelte and React
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related area of study
• Minimum 5 years of experience
• Active/current TS/SCI with required polygraph
• Willingness to work onsite full time
• US citizenship required

Desired Skills:

• Experience working with containers for development
• Experience with microservice architectures
• Experience containerizing applications and services
• Familiarity with Git for source control
• Familiarity with relational database design and SQL query workflows
• Familiarity with 3D visualization libraries such as CesiumJS
• Familiarity with geospatial mapping libraries such as OpenLayers and deck.gl

• The base pay for this position within the Washington, DC metropolitan area is: $131,000.00 - $219,000.00 annually.
For all other states, we use geographic cost of labor as an input to develop market-driven ranges for our roles, and as such, each location where we hire may have a different range.
