Plan, coordinate, and manage ISR collection to satisfy commander intelligence requirements. Task and monitor multi-platform ISR assets, produce collection plans, assess effectiveness, integrate ISR into intelligence products, and brief leadership to support military operations.

Collect, evaluate, and analyze publicly available information to support military operations and intelligence assessments in the GCC. Develop collection strategies, monitor threats and disinformation, integrate OSINT with other intelligence disciplines, and produce actionable reports and briefings for military and government decision-makers while ensuring legal and security compliance.

Conduct all-source intelligence fusion and analysis for military and government decision-makers in the GCC, integrating OSINT, GEOINT, POL/MIL, and operational reporting to identify patterns, assess threats and risks, produce intelligence products and briefings, and support predictive scenario planning and contingency decision-making.

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend data pipelines using Java and Python. Build secure, cloud-ready services, support containerized deployments and CI/CD, troubleshoot distributed systems, and collaborate with systems, data, and UI teams to deliver end-to-end solutions for government intelligence programs.

Lead complex facilities and real estate projects from concept through closeout. Define scope, budgets, schedules, and execution strategies; manage multiple concurrent projects, vendors, and cross-functional teams; mitigate risks; track performance and costs; support procurement and contract processes; and deliver status updates and dashboards for leadership while improving PM methodologies and standards.
