  • Analyze performance results, identify bottlenecks, and work with development teams to resolve issues
  • Track and report key performance metrics, including response times, throughput (tps), and resource utilization
  • Create detailed performance test plans and follow a defined test strategy, ensuring alignment with product and engineering goals
  • Drive improvements in performance testing processes, tooling, and efficiency.

What you’ll bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in software development and test automation, with a focus on performance testing
  • Strong expertise in writing and maintaining performance tests using frameworks like JMeter, Gatling, or similar tools
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript and PHP
  • Experience with application performance monitoring (APM) tools and debugging
  • performance issues
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitLab, Jenkins)
  • Strong analytical and debugging skills
