Insert Operator duties + requirements
- Operate folding and insertion machines for invoices and statements.
- Collaborate with the team to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Set up and adjust machines; ensure proper alignment and document insertion.
- Learn from Senior Machine Operators and the Lead Operator about procedures and safety.
- Assist in equipment operations, maintenance, and adhere to SOPs and QA processes.
- Conduct quality checks, maintain security of sensitive documents, and prepare jobs for Post Office delivery.
- Communicate equipment issues and concerns to appropriate personnel.
- Monitor machine performance, report malfunctions, and perform routine maintenance.
- Ensure accuracy in sorting/insertion and maintain a clean, safe work area.
- Basic mechanical aptitude for machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Technical knowledge of machinery.
- Multi-tasking abilities.
- Prior experience with folding and insertion machines preferred, but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail for accuracy in high-volume production.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication skills for team collaboration and reporting issues.
- Physical stamina for prolonged standing and lifting moderate-weight boxes.
Shipper/Receiver duties + requirements
- Process paperwork and maintain records for reporting and tracking.
- File shipping documents.
- Oversee the secure and accurate loading and unloading of deliveries.
- Manage the inventory of shipping materials and supplies.
- Create and approve purchase requisitions for supply orders.
- Sort and distribute incoming shipments.
- Perform quality audits on shipped goods for incoming and outgoing items.
- Resolve issues with missing documents, shipments, and deliveries.
- Maintain an organized work area in compliance with policies and safety regulations.
- Make deliveries using company vehicle as assigned.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility.
- One year of experience in a warehouse or as a shipper/receiver is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Forklift driving ability; training and certification will be provided by KUBRA.
- Flexibility to work varying hours and overtime as needed.
- A high school diploma is preferred but not essential.

- 2nd Shift: 3pm- 11pm (Mon-Fri)
- 3rd Shift: 11pm - 7am (Mon-Fri)
- Shipper/Receiver
- 1st Shift: 8:30am - 4:30pm (Mon-Fri)
- 2nd Shift: 10:30am - 6:30pm (Mon-Fri)
