Designs secure, scalable authentication, authorization, SSO, identity lifecycle, and zero-trust capabilities using Auth0 and cloud platforms. Leads architecture, proofs of concept, technical prioritization, documentation, security practices, and cross-functional delivery while mentoring senior developers. Requires deep IAM expertise, strong Java and Python development skills, cloud-native experience across AWS and GCP, and proficiency in modern identity protocols and secure software architecture.

Lead the architecture and development of Benevity’s user identity and access management platform. Design scalable authentication, authorization, SSO, federation, and identity lifecycle capabilities using Auth0 and cloud-native technologies. Establish zero-trust and least-privilege practices, guide platform modernization, create technical documentation and proofs of concept, collaborate with product and security teams, and mentor senior engineers.

Serve as a trusted partner to senior executives by managing complex calendars, meetings, events, travel, expenses, correspondence, confidential information, and special projects. Coordinate stakeholders, prepare executive materials, anticipate needs, resolve conflicts, and support executive team priorities. The role requires sound judgment, discretion, strong communication, adaptability, business acumen, and advanced proficiency with Google Workspace and Slack.

Leads multiple software engineering teams delivering DevX, SDLC, and core SaaS capabilities. Owns delivery commitments, staffing, budgets, performance management, technical direction, release adoption, reporting, and innovation initiatives. Coaches engineering leaders, partners with Product and internal stakeholders, and promotes AI-assisted development and cloud-based engineering practices.

Owns delivery outcomes, staffing, budgets, technical direction, release adoption, performance reporting, and engineering innovation. Coaches engineering leaders, partners with Product and internal stakeholders, and drives AI-assisted development and leadership practices.

Leads and coaches a product marketing team while owning go-to-market strategy, positioning, messaging, market research, persona development, competitive intelligence, and sales enablement for Benevity’s enterprise platform. Partners with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Content, Website, and Demand Generation teams to align strategy, deliver customer insights, support launches, and strengthen the buyer journey.

Provide hands-on technical leadership for Benevity’s data platform. Design and build scalable streaming and batch pipelines, AWS lakehouse and medallion architecture, metadata governance, semantic layers, and data products. Establish configuration-driven workflows, data contracts, quality standards, observability, and automated CI governance. Partner with architects and product stakeholders, develop AI-assisted engineering tools, document architecture, deliver proofs of concept, and mentor engineers while guiding platform modernization.

Provides hands-on technical leadership for Benevity’s data platform. Designs and builds streaming and batch pipelines, AWS lakehouse and medallion architectures, semantic layers, governed data products, metadata systems, and developer tooling. Establishes data contracts, lineage, quality, observability, and CI-enforced governance while modernizing warehouse environments. Partners with architects and product stakeholders, leads technical strategy, develops proof of concepts, documents architecture, mentors engineers, and applies AI-assisted development practices.

Lead product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for Benevity solutions. Drive end-to-end product launches, voice-of-customer research, enablement content, cross-functional collaboration, and lifecycle management to increase sales, adoption and retention.

Develop and execute full-funnel enterprise demand generation strategies across webinars, email, paid media, and partner channels. Own lead volume and pipeline targets, collaborate with product marketing and cross-functional teams, and optimize campaigns using performance analytics. Translate market insights into campaigns, improve conversion quality, and provide strategic recommendations to leadership while supporting global B2B SaaS growth.

Drive enterprise demand generation and full-funnel marketing campaigns across webinars, email, and paid channels. Own lead volume and pipeline targets, partner with Product Marketing and channel partners, and align campaigns with revenue goals. Analyze campaign performance, optimize marketing programs, and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership. The role requires cross-functional collaboration, strong communication, and hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.

Own product positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategy, launches, lifecycle management, voice-of-customer insights, and sales enablement. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Client Success, and Marketing teams to drive product adoption, retention, and revenue. Develop persona-based messaging, launch plans, competitive differentiation, and enablement content for Benevity’s SaaS solutions. This is an 8-month term position.

Conduct market and customer research, create sales enablement content, advocate for products internally, and collaborate with Product, Sales, Client Success, and Marketing teams to drive adoption, retention, and revenue throughout product lifecycles.

Lead Canadian, U.S., and European corporate tax compliance, transfer pricing, sales tax and VAT filings. Own consolidated tax provision reporting under ASC 740 and provide tax disclosures, deferred tax guidance, research, training, and strategic advice. Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Product, Treasury, and Accounting teams on global tax initiatives while using tax and ERP systems to improve compliance and reporting workflows.

Leads global corporate, indirect, and transfer-pricing tax compliance across Canada, the United States, and Europe. Owns consolidated tax provisions under ASC 740, tax reporting, disclosures, deferred tax strategies, research, and legislative analysis. Provides technical tax guidance, trains business teams, collaborates cross-functionally, and manages strategic tax initiatives. The role requires autonomy in a high-growth SaaS environment and proficiency with NetSuite, CCH iFirm, and Avalara.

Own full new-logo enterprise sales cycle across assigned territory: build and manage pipeline, engage C-level stakeholders, lead discovery and solution presentations, close complex multi-stakeholder deals, forecast weekly, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver exceptional client experiences.
