Support financial planning and analysis for global payments: build and maintain financial models, monitor payments metrics, partner with Product/FinOps/Engineering, prepare management reporting, and drive process improvements using AI and automation.

Lead and transform Procure-to-Pay operations end-to-end: vendor onboarding, purchasing, PO compliance, invoice-to-pay, payments, AP close, controls, automation and SaaS cost optimization while building a high-performing, service-oriented P2P team and partnering cross-functionally.

Manage and optimize paid search, paid social (especially LinkedIn), and retargeting programs; maintain conversion tracking, GA4 events, and GTM; lead SEO/AEO agency relationship; ensure end-to-end tracking into HubSpot and Salesforce; analyze channel performance, run experiments, and collaborate with Demand Gen, ABM, Sales, BDR, and Marketing Ops to drive qualified leads and pipeline.

Partner with Product, FinOps and FP&A to build and maintain financial models for money movement; analyze donation and payments trends; monitor payments metrics; support product roadmap, pricing and investment prioritization; prepare management reports and dashboards; improve financial processes using AI and automation; help roll out an integrated business planning solution.

Lead design and operationalization of a multi-jurisdictional privacy program (GDPR, CPRA, PIPEDA, CASL, etc.). Maintain ROPAs, DSAR workflows, DPIAs, and subprocessor governance. Advise Legal, Security, Product, and Engineering on privacy by design, support DPO operations, review DPAs and data transfer mechanisms, maintain GRC tooling (OneTrust/Hyperproof), deliver executive reporting, and design privacy training and awareness programs.

Lead and manage software teams using AI-led development and cloud technologies. Own delivery, team throughput, people leadership (recruiting, performance, budget), backlog readiness, and technical decision-making. Foster high-quality, fast delivery, human-in-the-loop AI practices, continuous innovation, and alignment with business goals.

Lead platform architecture for data and AI at enterprise scale: define end-to-end data flows, AI governance, AIOps standards, data contracts, reliability patterns, and mentor engineering teams to ensure secure, auditable, and cost-effective solutions.

Support Benevity's GRC program by maintaining policies and control frameworks, assisting risk assessments and third-party risk management, supporting audit readiness and evidence gathering, responding to client security questionnaires and RFPs, and contributing to privacy, regulatory, and security awareness initiatives.

Lead platform architecture for data and AI at enterprise scale: define end-to-end data flows, governance, AIOps, reliability standards, and reusable patterns; mentor engineers, run architectural reviews and ADRs, and ensure secure, auditable, cost-effective AI/data solutions.

Own full new-logo enterprise sales cycle across assigned territory: build and manage pipeline, engage C-level stakeholders, lead discovery and solution presentations, close complex multi-stakeholder deals, forecast weekly, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver exceptional client experiences.

Lead and mature Benevity's global privacy program across multiple jurisdictions: maintain ROPAs, manage DSAR workflows, run DPIAs, govern subprocessors, support DPO and legal on DPAs and transfers, embed privacy by design with Engineering/Product/Security, operationalize tooling (OneTrust/Hyperproof), leverage AI/automation, and deliver reporting and training.

Deliver engaging leadership workshops and learning experiences globally, adapt content to diverse audiences, manage program logistics and LMS coordination, gather feedback for continuous improvement, support onboarding and upskilling initiatives, partner with stakeholders to tailor delivery, leverage AI tools to streamline tasks, and facilitate team effectiveness sessions as the program grows.

Support and grow Benevity's GRC program by maintaining policies and control frameworks, assisting risk assessments and third-party risk management, supporting audit readiness and evidence gathering, responding to client security/privacy questionnaires, and contributing to privacy, regulatory, and awareness initiatives across the organization.

Manage end-to-end payroll for global employees including processing wages, taxes, deductions, reconciliations, record keeping, reporting, and issue resolution. Ensure compliance with multi-jurisdictional payroll laws, maintain payroll systems, support benefits deductions, update process documentation, and recommend system/process improvements.

Lead Benevity's brand visual identity and creative operations. Develop brand and web strategy, direct creative execution across campaigns and product launches, manage intake/prioritization, mentor designers, oversee agencies and budgets, and maintain the brand design system to ensure consistent, accessible, high-performing creative.

Plan, coordinate, and execute Benevity's in-person events portfolio including regional activations, trade shows, and the annual Benevity Live. Manage logistics, vendors, AV, staffing, and budgets; align events to pipeline and revenue goals; partner with cross-functional teams on communications; track event ROI and metrics; manage event platforms and external partners; and drive continuous improvement of the attendee experience.
