Position SCOPE & Key Responsibilities
-New and further development of Java web applications
-Requirements analysis, technical conception and contact person for technical questions
-Support during commissioning
-Ensuring productive operation and 2nd level support
-Quality assurance (code review, implementation of unit tests, execution of functional tests)
Required skills
Education:
-Completed degree or vocational training with a focus on information technology or a comparable qualification
PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES:
-Several years of practical experience in software development with Java / JEE
-Knowledge of one or more technologies or frameworks (e.g. Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Webflow, JSF, Angular, JMS, Hibernate, REST services, SOAP services, SQL)
-Experience in agile software development according to Scrum using Jira and Confluence
PERSONAL/LEADERSHIP COMPETENCIES:
-Goal-oriented way of working
-Strong willingness to perform
-Ability to work in a team as well as self-motivation
REQUIRED LANGUAGES:
-Very good written and spoken English skills
-German skills is a plus
-Knowledge of other foreign languages is an advantage
