Responsibilities:- You work with battery-operated sensors that send measurement data to higher-level control systems (gateways, cloud) via radio protocols
- You are responsible for the interface between the sensors and IoT gateways to cloud applications (Microsoft Azure)
- From design and implementation to integration and productive operation, you will accompany our solutions over their entire life cycle
- You actively contribute your experience in architecture and design issues relating to our solutions
- You are responsible for the interface between the sensors and IoT gateways to cloud applications

- Development of continuous integration and continuous deployment concepts and their consistent implementation
- University degree in computer science or a comparable degree with skills and experience as a software developer in the field of IoT Edge
- Practical experience in the integration of IoT data points in cloud systems (Microsoft Azure)
- Experience in IT security and building robust operating systems
- Knowledge of Microsoft IoT Edge concept and embedded programming to coordinate with the embedded software engineers
- Experience with radio protocols such as OpenThread, Wireless Hart or Bluetooth
- Processing of complex concepts with the departments as well as with internal IT colleagues
- Enthusiasm for new technologies, solution-oriented mindset and openness
