We are looking for a Software Developer to join our Engineering Nexus – Integrity team.
In this role, you’ll design, build, and enhance features across the BlueCat Integrity ecosystem. You’ll develop primarily using Python, React, and PostgreSQL, alongside a talented team of engineers focused on scalability, performance, and reliability.
You’ll help solve complex technical problems, design thoughtful solutions, and contribute to the overall quality of the product.

What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain backend and frontend components of the Integrity application using Python, React, and PostgreSQL.
- Design and implement reliable, maintainable, and scalable software solutions.
- Collaborate with developers, QA, and product teams to deliver high-quality features and improvements.
- Work closely with your team to solve complex technical challenges.
- Contribute to code quality, testing, and continuous improvement of our engineering practices.
- Work with integrations and APIs across the Integrity ecosystem, including public cloud providers.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of professional software development experience in a production environment.
- Proficiency and confidence working with Python, React, and PostgreSQL.
- Solid understanding of software design principles and development best practices.
- Exposure to testing frameworks, automation tools, and infrastructure concepts.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a cross-functional engineering team.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with other programming languages such as Java or Go.
- Experience in networking or infrastructure software development.
- Experience or familiarity with DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM) concepts, even if it comes from configuring routers, networks, or your own home environment.
