Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered automation solutions for IT operations.
Build and maintain scalable APIs and microservices using Python frameworks (Flask, FastAPI, or Django).
Integrate machine learning and Generative AI capabilities into existing applications.
Implement CI/CD pipelines, containerize applications using Docker, and manage infrastructure through Terraform.
Collaborate with data and AI teams to design, train, and deploy ML models.
Ensure high performance, security, and maintainability of all developed components.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation using AI technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Programming: Strong proficiency in Python; basic knowledge of JavaScript.
AI/ML: Basic understanding of machine learning workflows and experience in developing simple AI models.
GenAI: Hands-on experience or understanding of Generative AI concepts and use cases.
Cloud & DevOps:
Experience working on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Docker.
Working knowledge of Terraform for infrastructure as code.
Frameworks: Practical experience with one or more frameworks – Flask, FastAPI, or Django.
Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, proactive mindset, and a drive to deliver outcomes with ownership and accountability.
Nice to Have
Exposure to AIOps or ITSM automation solutions.
Understanding of RESTful API design and system integrations.
