Software Developer - Full Stack

Role Overview

We are seeking a Full Stack Software Developer with strong front-end, back-end, cloud, database, and DevOps experience. The successful candidate will design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain full-stack web applications while contributing to solution design, technical architecture, integration, cloud deployment, and application modernization.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into working, tested applications, including developing detailed technical specifications, writing code, conducting unit testing, and supporting solution implementation.
  
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain full-stack web applications using modern development frameworks and cloud technologies.
  
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs to support application integration and business processes.
  
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, technical leads, quality assurance teams, and stakeholders throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve application, integration, and production support issues.
  
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards, security requirements, and best practices.
  
• Support CI/CD implementation and automation using Azure DevOps and related tools.
  
• Contribute to solution design, technical architecture, effort estimation, and technical documentation.
  
• Support application deployment, migration, and modernization initiatives within Azure cloud environments.

• Demonstrated experience developing backend services and APIs using ASP.NET Core and C#.
  
• Experience with Azure App Service, Azure SQL Database, Azure Storage Accounts, and Azure API Management.
  
• Experience implementing and supporting CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Git.
  
• Strong full-stack development experience, including application architecture, database design, and cloud deployment.
  

Technical Skills and Knowledge - 50%

• Demonstrated experience with React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  
• Experience designing and developing reusable, maintainable, and scalable front-end components.
  
• Demonstrated experience developing backend services and REST APIs using ASP.NET Core and C#.
  
• Experience with Azure cloud services, including Azure App Service, Azure SQL Database, Azure Storage Accounts, and Azure API Management.
  
• Strong knowledge of application architecture, database design, system integration, and full-stack solution development.
  
• Ability to provide technical architecture support, solution design recommendations, and technical guidance to project and technical leads.
  
• Experience working within Agile software development environments, including Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
  

Agile and Technical Frameworks - 25%

• Proficiency in Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
  
• Ability to implement Agile practices within technical delivery projects.
  
• Experience using Azure DevOps for backlog management, sprint planning, and development tracking.
  
• Experience collaborating within cross-functional Agile teams.
  

Business Requirements and Project Management Skills - 15%

• Experience with effort estimation, technical planning, and solution recommendations.
  
• Business and stakeholder engagement skills.
  
• Experience analyzing requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
  
• Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
  

CI/CD, DevOps and Infrastructure - 10%

• Experience implementing and maintaining Azure DevOps pipelines and Git repositories.
  
• Knowledge of CI/CD best practices, automated deployments, and release management.
  
• Experience supporting development environments, cloud infrastructure, and operational requirements.
  
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

1. Technical Skills - 80%

• Proficiency in React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, ASP.NET Core, and C#.
  
• Experience designing and developing reusable, maintainable, and scalable front-end components and application frameworks.

• Strong knowledge of application architecture, database design, system integration, and cloud-based solutions.

• Experience implementing DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, source control using Git, and automated deployment processes.
