Lead development and execution of comprehensive test strategies and plans. Create and run test cases, perform end-to-end, integration, regression, performance, load, security, and UAT/PAT testing. Lead architecture assessments and design solution blueprints for an infrastructure modernization program migrating databases off Solaris, upgrading Oracle where applicable, producing governance-ready documentation, guiding provisioning and vendor implementations, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment with enterprise standards.

Consult on records classification and retention frameworks, analyze business processes to identify records and retention triggers, translate legal/regulatory requirements into business rules, mitigate recordkeeping risks, document classification/retention rationale, map end-to-end record processes, and support modernization of digital recordkeeping systems.

Administer, maintain, and optimize SAP NetWeaver and HANA environments in cloud-based infrastructure. Develop and maintain scalable web applications using .NET technologies and Azure. Responsibilities include designing user interfaces, building RESTful APIs, and ensuring application performance.

Design, develop, test and maintain enterprise Java applications and integrations for a digital permitting platform. Implement microservices, REST/SOAP services, Azure-enabled CI/CD deployments, IBM ODM/BAW integrations, WebSphere/Liberty hosting, PL/SQL data work, AODA-compliant UIs, OpenShift container deployments, and support multi-environment releases in Agile teams.

Design, develop, test, deploy and support enterprise-grade .NET applications and RESTful APIs. Provide technical leadership, mentor team members, produce design artifacts and documentation, and participate in integration, testing and deployment activities while ensuring compliance with standards.
