Position Overview
The position will be responsible for designing automation based on the operational requirements of a company using RPA tools to resolve issues related to automation.
Roles and Responsibilities
o Designing automation based on the operational requirements of a company.
o Using any RPA tool to code and resolving issues related to automation.
o Reviewing the design and the code of automation.
o Providing gained expertise during system development and integration.
o Configuring automation using RPA tools, and providing post implementation support.
Documenting the entire process of automation.
Requirements
Job Requirements
o Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
o 3-5 years relevant experience.
o Programming Language- C++, Python, Java, .NET etc.
o RPA Tools- Experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, MS Power Automate among others.
o Understanding of the basics of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
o Analytical Skills- Analyzing information/data to maximize efficiency.
o Strategic Planning Skills- This includes designing, developing, and implementation of RPA.
o Problem Solving skills- Predicting any foreseen circumstances and solving any unexpected hiccups on the way.
Communication Skills- Developer must be outspoken, confident, and welcoming and giving out new ideas.
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Experience with programming languages such as C++, Python, Java, or .NET
- Experience with RPA tools such as UiPath or Microsoft Power Automate
- Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning
- Analytical skills for analyzing information and data to maximize efficiency
- Strategic planning skills for designing, developing, and implementing RPA solutions
- Problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills and confidence presenting new ideas
