- Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Professional Experience
- Experience in software development for enterprise or large-scale systems, preferably within public sector or government-related projects.
- Contribution to digital government or public sector transformation initiatives, supporting the development of modern, reliable, and secure solutions.
- Ability to develop, enhance, and maintain software components in alignment with defined functional and technical specifications.
- Experience collaborating with solution architects, functional consultants, testers, and business stakeholders.
- Participation in system integration, configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
- Commitment to code quality, documentation, and adherence to development standards and best practices.
- Ability to operate effectively within structured project methodologies and governance frameworks.
- Fluency in Estonian and English is mandatory (written and spoken).
