- 2+ years of knowledge of local, state, and federal data-management laws and regulations involving PII.
- 2+ years of experience working in fast-paced environments, delivering projects on schedule, exercising judgment, analyzing complex information, and developing issue-resolution plans.
- 2 years of interpersonal relationship skills, including negotiation, conflict resolution, and maintaining effective relationships across organizational levels.
- 2+ years of experience with data-focused projects, such as legacy-system modernization.
- Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university in data processing, computer science, business administration, or a related field.
