A Brief Overview
Facilitate the successful implementation and deployment of software solutions at customer sites. Ensure seamless implementation and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage the project of converting client's software suite from older platform or competitor software
- Perform needs analysis of existing client software configurations and recommend tailored solutions
- Install, configure, and train users on company's Software Suite.
- Communicate identified software issues and potential enhancements to product management
- Provide demonstration of software functionalities to potential customers
- Update sales teams and clients on the status of ongoing software conversions
- Collaborate with team members for troubleshooting and improving software deployment processes
Qualifications
- Associates Computer and Information Science preferred or
- Equivalent combination of experience and education which clearly indicates the ability to perform the essential functions of the position may substitute on a year for year basis
- 1-2 Years experience in the Building Component Industry required
- Able to perform mathematical skills such as calculating proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume and able to apply concepts of basic geometry
- Ability to read and understand prints and schematics
- Ability to use small hand-power tools, including reading a tape measure with 1/32-inch increments
- Able to use Microsoft Office Applications
Additional Requirements
- Valid drivers' license and proof of auto insurance required.
- 70% travel nationally
Physical Demands
This role is performed in an office environment where a computer, telephone and other office equipment are used as needed to perform the duties of the role. This role may need to access areas within the building that are undergoing renovations which may contain jobsite hazards. Occasionally this role will required to push, pull, bend, lift and move up to 25 lbs.
The anticipated salary range for this position is $72,000–$94,000 annually, with compensation varying based on location, experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
