As a Salesforce Functional Consultant, you will be a key member of the Salesforce Practice, utilising your unique set of skills and experience to deliver Salesforce.com projects as well as delivering quality outcomes for our clients and successful work for OSF Digital.
As a respected consultant and Salesforce.com evangelist, you will be required to roll up your sleeves and provide high end consultancy services (from analysis through to design as well as hands on configuration) and engage in the delivery of solutions working closely with OSF Digital’s Delivery Managers and liaising between technical and functional teams both within OSF Digital and its clients.
Building strong customer and partner relationships will also be integral to the role, providing advice and guidance to OSF Digital’s business development team through presales activities.
Continued development of your Salesforce functional and configuration consulting skills is essential through formal and self-learning to ensure that you continue to provide quality solutions. As part of this you will be expected to gain and maintain one or more Salesforce certifications.
Requirements
- 4+ years project delivery experience
- Strong functional background and understanding of salesforce.com, Force.com and CRM in general
- Experience in presales, proposals and estimation
- Demonstrated experience in Stakeholder management and project delivery
- An understanding of modern workplace delivery frameworks
- Exceptional consulting, client engagement, communication and presentation skills
- An ability to create and maintain a high level of written communication, artifacts and documentation
- A consulting mindset, an Independent thinker and strong problem solver with exceptional analytical skills
- A natural leader, self-starter with high initiative and a strong focus on continuous improvement and innovation
- Strong commercial acumen
- A self-managing team player who builds relationships based on trust and works cooperatively.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and work comfortably with uncertainty.
