Your playing field:
- Design high-performing, Java-based services in a complex, service-oriented architecture.
- Take software projects from initial concept to implementation and production release.
- Research new technologies, prototype solutions, and document your insights to strengthen our strategy.
- Work closely with development teams to design and implement our next-generation solutions.
- Define and document software architectures and technology strategies that drive our game plan forward.
- Mentor, guide, and support our development teams to sharpen their technical skills – because we only win as a team.
Qualifications
Which skills should you bring to the pitch:
- Computer Science background. You have a background in Computer Science with at least 7 years of professional experience, including 3 years focused on software architecture.
- High-Performance Mindset. You’ve tackled highly available, multi-threaded applications and know how to keep systems running at peak performance.
- Java Mastery. Your Java skills are rock-solid, and you’re well-versed in frameworks like Java EE, Spring, and Hibernate/JPA.
- Cloud Champion. You bring experience with cloud technologies, especially AWS, and know how to design scalable and resilient cloud-native solutions.
- Stay Connected. Strong knowledge of networks, databases, and security – no 404s here!
- API & Microservices Expertise. You’re proficient in REST-based web services and microservices architectures.
- Clean Code Advocate. You believe in writing code that’s not just functional but also readable, maintainable, and efficient.
- Fluent in Teamwork. With 60+ nationalities on our team, English is our common language, and collaboration is our strongest play.
- True Team Player. You thrive in a collaborative environment, where great ideas grow from teamwork and shared knowledge.

We continue our mission at our headquarters - Tipico Tower in Malta, the main hub of the Gaming industry, together with our other offices, which can be found across 6 different international locations in Germany, Austria, Croatia, Poland, Gibraltar, and Colombia.
