We, Programmers Force, seek highly skilled Software Architect Engineers to lead the design, and scalability of our software systems. You will work closely with stakeholders, including product managers, developers, DevOps, Data Scientists, and other engineers, to ensure that our product architecture meets organizational needs and aligns with our strategic goals. You will play a crucial role in defining and maintaining the architecture, making high-level design choices, and ensuring technical standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to project planning, estimation, and risk management.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software projects.
- Manage technical debt and ensure long-term maintainability of software systems.
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends and advancements.
- Continuously improve software development processes and methodologies.
- Advocate for and implement new technologies and best practices to enhance productivity and quality.
- Design and implement scalable systems to handle high load and traffic.
- Proven experience in scaling products to manage increased demand.
- Ensure system performance and reliability under high traffic conditions.
- Proven experience as a Software Architect or similar role in software development.
- Strong understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns.
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages (e.g., Laravel, Python, JavaScript, Node).
- Proven experience in scaling the products.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Knowledge of database design and management (SQL and NoSQL).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
