Job Description
To build the best team in the industry our HR IT landscape needs to become digital, fast and simple across the group. Our mission includes creating a seamless user experience, based on a clean data base with well exploited HR tech platforms. We are looking for tech-savvy people to join our team on this exciting journey that feel comfortable in a HR business context.
As a Software Architect Eightfold, you design and optimize IT architectures and analyze professional and technical requirements for software, platforms and/or infrastructure for business customers, so that IT solutions and services such as Eightfold can be implemented quickly, agilely and innovatively.
- Hands-on Development: you drive the development of data pipeline interfaces for new/existing EF units.
- Focus on Data Protection and Security: you design and implement secure solutions and document them directly in the PSA process and Darwin.
- Cloud and DevOps: Our solution is deployed in AWS, so you must be able to handle it.
- You are a strong communicator and able to discuss on a technical level with the EF units, but also explain the technology to lay persons and give them a sense of security.
- You design a holistic vision and take into account overarching business requirements/implications with regard to sustainability
- You are responsible for the implementation of architectural concepts in product development and services
- You identify innovations in technology fields and actively participate in the implementation within the Group and in industry
- You accompany product/service development along the entire development process (lifecycle) and provide comprehensive advice
- You take over project management
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills with all kinds of stakeholders
- Very good experiences in classic and agile forms of cooperation
- Excellent experience in managing strategically oriented projects
- Up-to-date technology and methodological expertise
- English language skills, spoken and written
