What will you be doing at Arrow Enterprise Solutions?
Our expanding IBM business unit aims to strengthen its position in the field of analytical solutions by hiring a new presales colleague. We will support our new colleague in becoming an expert on IBM's artificial intelligence platform, WatsonAI, and gaining experience in implementing enterprise chatbots.
We are looking for a new colleague who can assist our existing and new resellers in the following areas:
- Technical Support for Partners
- Configurations
- POC support
- Training o Setting up own Lab environment
- Client-side Support:
- Pre-sales support, technical presentations
- Client architectural planning
- Post-sales Support:
- Client training
- Managing support access
- Maintaining knowledgebase, etc.
This field creates an excellent opportunity for the new colleague to become an expert in a sought-after area. We not only provide access to IBM's knowledge base but also support learning and gaining real experience, which can lay a solid foundation for a professional career in the long term.

- Excellent software skills and experience in IT solutions
