Your Role
As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll be part of a high-performing team driving digital transformation in healthcare. You’ll work with modern tools and cloud-native platforms, contributing to solutions that scale across geographies.Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle for complex projects
- Independently design, build, and deliver software solutions
- Apply Agile methodologies for team and project planning
- Collaborate with global teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Lead and support onsite and offshore delivery teams
- Provide technical mentorship and foster team growth
- Set and track metric-driven goals; communicate risks and progress to stakeholders
- Participate in rotational on-call support as needed
- Scalable microservices architecture
- Performance optimization of mission-critical systems
- DevOps and CI/CD pipeline enhancements
- Cross-functional collaboration with teams in the US and India
- Innovation through engineering excellence
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0–4 years of experience in software development
- Proficiency in .NET, C#, Java, React
- Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills
- Experience with Kubernetes, Azure AWS,, AI/ML, HL7/FHIR
- Exposure to Agile development and global product teams
