The Social Services Director is responsible for ensuring the medically related emotional and social needs of the residents are met and maintained on an individual basis in accordance with policies and procedures and current Federal and State guidelines and regulations. This position serves as the licensed Social Worker for the Health Center.

What you will bring:
Our ideal candidate will be reliable and follow safety procedures and duties assigned by a supervisor.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hospital or skilled nursing setting required. Prefer at least 5 years experience.
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills. Must present a professional manner and be able to deal with situations that may be stressful.
- Must have experience working with Title 22 and OBRA Regulations, including, but not limited to, Medicare, PPS, MDS, Care Planning and HIPPA.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively, and work closely with residents, families and staff.
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sork, Gerontology or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Computer proficient using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
