The Social Services Director oversees residents’ medically related emotional and social needs in a skilled nursing and assisted living environment. Responsibilities include social work services, regulatory compliance, care planning, coordination with residents, families, and staff, and ensuring adherence to Medicare, PPS, MDS, Title 22, and OBRA requirements. The role requires strong communication, organization, professionalism, and computer proficiency.

Provides nursing and wellness support to assisted living residents, supervises caregiver-provided care, verifies resident needs are met, monitors environmental cleanliness, assists the Director, and follows safety procedures. The role requires direct nursing care for elderly and chronically ill patients, compliance with California regulations, and current First Aid and CPR certification.

Provides professional reception services by answering calls, greeting visitors, assisting residents and guests, managing deliveries and records, coordinating departmental requests, handling reservations, and performing general clerical duties. Requires strong communication, organization, multitasking, customer service, computer, and recordkeeping skills in a busy community environment.

Manage and optimize enterprise digital marketing across websites, paid media, SEO, marketing automation, analytics, and CRM. Oversee agency partners, ensure data integrity and integrations (Salesforce CRM, marketing automation), monitor performance and budgets, perform QA on sites and campaigns, develop dashboards and reports, and recommend optimizations to improve lead quality, conversions, and ROI while supporting multi-location reputation and local search efforts.

Supervise daily plant and facility operations for a healthcare center, including preventive maintenance, HVAC and electrical systems, plumbing and equipment repairs, life-safety compliance, emergency systems, inspections, vendor coordination, procurement, inventory, budgeting, staff training, and regulatory plans of correction. The role also supports fire and disaster drills, documentation, work-order tracking, and safe, cost-effective facility operations.

Lead the accounting department for a new continuing care retirement community: oversee GL/AP/AR/payroll, monthly financial reporting, audits, budgets, trust reconciliations, Medicare billing, compliance, and staff training. Provide financial analysis, cash forecasting, and on-call director coverage.

Manage lead acquisition, sales processing, and waitlist for future residents. Supervise and train the Marketing Assistant, maintain records in Smartsheet and Yardi, produce marketing and sales reports, handle payments and invoices, support marketing events and communications, and provide resident-facing customer service and community tours.

Oversee field operations, manage project documents, review and coordinate change orders, support budget tracking and invoicing, lead punchlist and coordinate contractors and stakeholders using construction management software.
