Provide implementation, maintenance, and Tier-2/3 support for enterprise applications (SharePoint Online, POS, healthcare and financial systems). Troubleshoot escalations, document and train users, assist in rollouts, monitor security, work with integrations (APIs/REST), and participate in an on-call rotation.

Lead recruitment, onboarding, benefits enrollment, HRIS and employee file management, and compliance. Support employee relations, leave and workers' compensation processes, conduct orientations and exit interviews, and assist the HR Director with policies, projects, and administrative needs.

Oversee assisted living clinical and regulatory compliance, resident care and satisfaction, departmental budgeting, and staff hiring/training/supervision. Prepare regulatory reports, manage medication/pass protocols, and approve timecards using ADP Time and Attendance.

Supervise the medication assistance program, evaluate residents' physical and mental condition, assist with care planning, train and oversee Medication Technicians, respond to on-site emergencies, run health clinics, and support campus health education and safety initiatives in a CCRC setting.

Lead staff development and infection prevention in a skilled nursing facility. Design and deliver orientation, continuing education, competency checks, and infection control programs. Oversee surveillance, antibiotic stewardship, regulatory compliance, outbreak management, CNA supervision, scheduling, performance management, policy development, and EHR training. Serve as CIP lead (~20 hours/week) and support quality improvement and reporting.

Lead enterprise IT strategy, infrastructure, cybersecurity, applications, and resident-facing technology across multiple communities. Manage IT operations, disaster recovery, compliance (HIPAA/PCI-DSS), vendors, budgets, projects, and a distributed IT team to improve reliability, security, and resident/employee experience.

Coordinate and perform administrative and property support tasks, supervise staff, ensure facilities have necessary resources, maintain excellent customer service, handle front-desk duties, multitask phone and visitor interactions, and use Microsoft Office to manage records and communications.

Supervise the medication assistance program and ensure RCFE compliance; audit medication records; train and oversee Medication Technicians; assist with resident evaluations, care plans, and rosters; respond to on-site emergencies and support quality resident care.

Oversee clinical and regulatory compliance and daily care in assisted living. Manage resident care and satisfaction, departmental budget, and supervise hiring, training, coaching, and discipline of direct care staff. Maintain resident and employee records, ensure adherence to Department of Social Services regulations, and meet certification and continuing education requirements.
