Key responsibilities:
- Develop and own paid social strategies aligned to client and business objectives.
- Identify audience, creative, platform, and measurement opportunities to drive growth.
- Translate marketing goals into effective paid social media plans and activation strategies.
- Stay informed on platform developments, emerging trends, and industry best practices.
- Provide strategic recommendations based on market insights, competitor activity, and campaign performance.
- Lead the setup, execution, and management of paid social campaigns across:
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
- TikTok Ads
- LinkedIn Ads
- X (Twitter) Ads
- Pinterest Ads
- Snapchat Ads
- Other emerging social platforms
- Manage campaign budgets and pacing to ensure efficient spend allocation.
- Develop and implement audience targeting, retargeting, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Ensure campaigns are launched accurately and according to agreed timelines.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and implement data-driven optimizations.
- Continuously improve campaign performance across key metrics including: CPA, CPL, CPC, CPM, CTR, ROAS, Conversion Rate, Revenue Growth
- Conduct testing around: Creative formats, Messaging, Audiences, Placements, Bidding strategies, Landing pages
- Identify opportunities for scale while maintaining performance efficiency.
- Produce insightful weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports.
- Translate data into actionable recommendations for stakeholders and clients.
- Present campaign results, learnings, and growth opportunities.
- Create performance forecasts and budget recommendations.
- Build and maintain reporting dashboards where required.
Client Service 10%
- Day to Day management, relationship and financial health of the account needs to be managed.
- Managing media brand expectations.
