Job Description

The Social Media Specialist plays a key role in shaping our brand’s digital presence and engagement. This role is responsible for creating, curating, and managing content across all social media platforms to strengthen brand awareness, foster community engagement, and support marketing initiatives.

Duties may include but are not limited to the following:

 

  • Create and implement B2B and B2C social media strategies for multiple brands
  • Maintain a social media content calendar in line with strategic goals
  • Write effective captions and design static graphics for posts
  • Maintain and create new social media profiles
  • Grow engagement and followers across all platforms
  • Prepare social media analytics, KPIs, and review strategies
  • Create and edit videos to highlight, recap and promote products and services, training, marketing events and more
  • Plans, organizes, and schedules content in an efficient, productive manner

Additional Responsibilities

  • Must handle and maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive consumer information in compliance with applicable privacy and data protection regulations.
  • Must follow all company policies and procedures regarding data privacy and protection and data loss prevention.
  • Regular and predictable attendance is required.
  • Performs other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred 
  • Demonstrated experience in social media marketing
  • Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite and AgoraPulse
  • Strong familiarity with business manager operations for social media platforms such as Facebook, X (formerly known as Twitter), LinkedIn, Instagram and others
  • 4-plus years of social media planning, strategy, and implementation
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Willingness to interview and present on video
  • Strong time management skills

Additional Information

Position Details: This is a full-time, salaried position (40+ hours/week). This is a hybrid position: Temecula, CA and home. 

Pay: The pay range for this position is a minimum of $70,000 to a maximum of $75,000 annually. The actual compensation offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Physical Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly communicating and conversing with members/stakeholders/management and must be able to exchange accurate information appropriately. The employee frequently is required to remain in a stationary position, occasionally move about; and constantly operate a computer or other office equipment. The employee is regularly required to push, or otherwise move up to 10-30lbs of various equipment.  Applications may include but are not limited to repetitive work operating a computer keyboard, mouse and headphones while primarily maintaining a stationary position and occasionally moving about at an assigned work desk area.

This position is onsite at our Temecula office.
