Develop relationships with independent insurance agencies and industry partners through outbound prospecting, consultative selling, discovery calls, and pipeline management. Research and qualify prospective partners, conduct 25–30 daily outreach touches, schedule discovery meetings, document activity in the CRM, and support proposal, closing, and agent-adoption onboarding. The role builds toward full-cycle deal ownership while representing IDIQ products and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive consumer information.

Lead backend developer responsible for designing and building microservices, writing test automation, integrating LLM APIs and AI features, collaborating across product and QA, guiding team members, and assisting deployments to replace a legacy application.
