As a Social Media Specialist at Mindvalley, your role is pivotal in expanding the company's social media presence, engagement, and following across various platforms. You'll be responsible for identifying content opportunities, researching trends, and implementing strategies to boost followers and reach. Your contributions will play a part in achieving revenue targets through effective social media strategies and ad campaigns. Content creation is a core aspect of your role, involving the development of compelling content that aligns with the brand and product messaging. You'll collaborate with various teams to ensure content quality and creativity, as well as manage post scheduling and analytics. Additionally, you'll actively work on content optimization and quality improvement through feedback, testing, and data analysis, helping to refine the company's content workflows for social media.     • Identify, research, and recommend new content opportunities based on industry trends and emerging communication channels.
    • Research, identify, and implement strategies to increase followers, reach, and engagement on Mindvalley's social media channels.
    • Contribute to the company's revenue targets through effective social media strategies and ad campaigns.
    • Own, manage, and update the social media calendar to align with companies business goals and needs
    • Collaborate cross functionally to achieve Social Media goals and objectives

    • Create compelling content aligned with the brand and each product's unique selling proposition (USP).
    • Manage the scheduling of posts to ensure regular activity.
    • Collaborate closely with Product Marketing and Advertising Specialists to align content with product messaging.
    • Work with Graphic Designers and Film Editors to develop creative concepts that resonate with the social media audience and drive specified actions.

    • Assist in improving content quality through rapid feedback, testing, and data analysis.
    • Document, update, and refine the company's content workflows for social media based on learnings and data analysis.

  • Impeccable project management skills and ability to work effectively under pressure with tight deadlines.
  • Expertise in optimizing and managing all aspects of multiple social media platforms, including content creation, community management, competitor analysis, and data insights.
  • Strong, compelling copywriting skills with an editor's eye.
  • Intermediate knowledge of graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop and Canva for content creation and editing.
  • Knowledge of digital communication strategies on different platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram) and awareness of current industry trends.
  • An analytical mindset with knowledge of metrics for success and strategies for growing them.
  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate, communicate, and solve practical problems or issues effectively.
  • Experience in communications strategy, content development, and advertising strategy.

  • A keen focus on attention to detail.
  • Good understanding of creative storytelling and content production in various formats, such as video, design, and editorial.
  • Good understanding of branding, including aesthetics, style, colors, typography, voice, and tone of communications.
  • A strong growth mindset to rapidly test, measure, analyze, and learn for continuous content quality improvement.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team structure while also being self-driven with minimal supervision.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in social media management and content creation.
  • Proven track record of successfully executing social media strategies and achieving growth targets.
  • Experience in using social media analytics tools to measure performance and inform strategy.
  • Familiarity with advertising and marketing principles is a plus.
