Are you a student looking to gain hands-on experience while studying? We're seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic part-time Social Media (SoMe) Specialist, based in our Copenhagen office. This student role will include a minimum 15 hours per week where you’ll provide support for our marketing team.
How you’ll make an impact
In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media marketing strategies to enhance Planday’s global brand awareness and engagement. You'll act as Planday’s voice on social media channels by following our customers, engaging with their content, and posting where relevant, and will consider and recommend some ways Planday might be realistically represented on new emerging social platforms.
What you’ll do
- Plan, execute and continuously optimise Planday’s social media strategy, aligning it closely with our overall business objectives.
- Own the social media content calendar, ensuring alignment with broader marketing initiatives and stakeholders across the organisation.
- Enhance community engagement across all social media channels, ensuring consistent tone of voice and brand messaging.
- Lead the creation of social media content in collaboration with our internal marketing team and agencies.
- Develop social media guidelines and develop a plan to support employee brand advocacy and engagement.
- Conduct thorough KPI tracking and analysis, leveraging insights to inform strategic decision-making and refine tactics for enhanced performance and engagement.
- Conduct market analyses to identify learnings and best practices.
What you’ll bring with you
- A strong knowledge and passion for all things social media.
- Strong writing skills and an eye for the details.
- A collaborative team-player.
- A creative mindset with the ability to work independently and identify opportunities.
- Fluency in English - other languages are considered a plus.
- Ideally an educational background in e.g., Marketing and a high interest in SaaS / B2B
