Role
Summary
We
are seeking a Social Media Manager who understands social media trends, can
create engaging visual and written content, and knows how to turn followers
into a loyal community. The ideal
candidate is someone who is creative, strategic, and results-driven. You will
play a key role in shaping how our brand is seen and experienced by our
audience.
Key
Responsibilities
- Plan,
film, edit, and publish high-quality video content and graphics that align
with our brand identity.
- Manage
day-to-day operations across all social media platforms (Instagram,
Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube).
- Generate
creative concepts and scripts for brand storytelling and campaign
execution.
- Monitor
social channels, respond to inquiries, and build an active, engaged online
community.
- Collaborate
with the marketing team to design and execute digital marketing strategies
and seasonal campaigns.
- Track
performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and adjust strategies
to maximize ROI.
Requirements
& Qualifications
- Experience:
2–4 years of proven experience in social media management and content
creation.
- Strong
portfolio demonstrating video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, InShot, etc.)
and graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator).
- Ability
to work onsite, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet
deadlines.
Skills Required
- 2-4 years of experience in social media management and content creation
- Portfolio demonstrating video editing skills
- Experience with CapCut, Premiere Pro, InShot, or similar video editing software
- Graphic design skills
