🎯 Your Role as a Machine Learning EngineerAs a Machine Learning Engineer, you’ll work closely with a talented team to build and deploy solutions that make an impact. Your responsibilities include:
Assisting in the design, development, and deployment of machine learning models for real-world applications.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the scalability and efficiency of ML pipelines.
Work with software engineers to integrate machine learning models into production systems.
Learning and applying techniques to ensure fairness and bias mitigation in AI solutions.
Staying updated with the latest AI/ML trends and contributing ideas to drive innovation.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
A passion for AI, Machine Learning, and problem-solving.
Basic experience with Python programming (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn is a plus).
Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
An interest in ethical AI practices and fairness in machine learning.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Strong work ethic and a passion for learning.
Preferred (but not mandatory):
Some experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
