Full-Stack Developer

Role Summary

The Full-Stack Developer will design, develop, maintain, and improve Pad-Up Creations' websites, internal portals, digital systems, and technology solutions. The role will support the company's operational efficiency through reliable and user-friendly digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications for Pad-Up Creations.
  
• Build and improve internal systems and staff/admin portals.
  
• Develop and maintain both front-end and back-end applications.
  
• Integrate company systems with relevant third-party services and APIs.
  
• Maintain databases and ensure data is properly stored and retrieved.
  
• Develop features for sales, inventory, order fulfilment, staff management, and other business operations.
  
• Identify and fix bugs, system errors, and performance issues.
  
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements.
  
• Ensure websites and internal systems are responsive across devices.
  
• Implement appropriate security measures to protect company data.
  
• Manage user roles, permissions, and system access where required.
  
• Create automated processes that reduce repetitive administrative work.
  
• Develop reporting dashboards and data-driven tools where required.
  
• Conduct testing before deploying new features or system updates.
  
• Maintain proper documentation of code, systems, and technical processes.
  
• Back up critical databases and support data recovery processes.
  
• Work with different departments to understand business requirements and develop appropriate solutions.
  
• Train staff on newly introduced digital systems when necessary.
  
• Provide technical support for company web applications and portals.
  
• Stay informed about relevant technologies and recommend improvements.
  
• Perform other technology-related duties assigned by management.
