What you’ll do:
- You will own our social channels day to day:
- Main focus on LinkedIn, with support for Reddit, Twitter, and Facebook.
- Plan and run the content calendar.
- Write posts and deliver basic visuals and video edits.
- Work with designers on bigger campaigns and more polished assets.
- Turn webinars, case studies, and blog posts into social-native content.
- Provide social support for product launches, events, and key campaigns.
- Collaborate with the paid team on creative angles and messaging when needed.
- Regularly track reach, engagement, clicks, traffic from social, and analyze patterns.
- Run tests on topics, hooks, formats, and creatives to see what actually works.
- Share clear takeaways with marketing (what to do more of, what to stop).
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years in social media or content marketing, ideally in B2B tech/SaaS.
- Examples of company or personal accounts you’ve grown and managed.
- Hands-on content creation experience.
- Familiarity with native social analytics; tools like HubSpot or GA are a plus.

- Advanced English is essential.
- Ability to work independently: You are organized, detail-oriented, and good at juggling multiple priorities with minimal guidance.
- Strong problem-solving skills: You’re both creative and practical, with a talent for coming up with fresh strategies to engage key accounts.
- Results-driven: You’re focused on achieving measurable outcomes and contributing to overall business goals.
