ROLE SPECIFICS 

We’re looking for a savvy, strategic, and culture-obsessed Senior Social Media Manager to join our growing team. As a key player at our social-first agency, you’ll bring brand voices to life across platforms, craft scroll-stopping content, and keep your finger on the pulse of what’s trending. You’ll work collaboratively and cross-functionally with account management, creative, and production teams to develop and execute holistic social media content plans that ladder up to client goals. You’ll also oversee the day-to-day flow of social content across all touchpoints and platforms (especially TikTok and Instagram), ensuring quality, consistency, and timely delivery. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with client goals and business objectives.
  • Lead content planning and calendar management across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Threads, and emerging platforms.
  • Identify cultural trends, platform opportunities, and audience insights that inform content and campaign development.
  • Partner with creative teams to develop social-first concepts and provide strategic feedback on content, copy, and execution.
  • Oversee day-to-day publishing, community management, and audience engagement across client channels.
  • Monitor audience sentiment, social conversations, and emerging trends to identify opportunities and potential issues.
  • Analyze performance data and develop actionable recommendations to improve content effectiveness and engagement.
  • Present reporting, insights, and strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with account, creative, production, influencer, and paid media teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Contribute to agency thought leadership and social media best practices.
Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of social media experience at an agency or consumer-facing brand.
  • Deep understanding of social platforms, internet culture, creator ecosystems, and emerging trends.
  • Experience managing brand presence across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Threads, and other emerging channels.
  • Strong content strategy, editorial, storytelling, and copywriting skills.
  • Experience leading community management and building engaged online audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience translating performance data into actionable insights.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
  • Self-starter who thrives in collaborative, evolving environments.

  • Experience with beauty, lifestyle, CPG, entertainment, or culturally disruptive brands.
  • Experience with influencer marketing and creator partnerships.

BASE SALARY RANGE

Our estimated range for this role is $70,000-80,000* 

*Don’t let this range drive your decision to apply. Actual compensation packages are based on the level of skill and experience each candidate brings to their role. Similarly, there might also be a more senior or junior position available, that would be a better fit with your expertise. For example, a person may apply for a Senior Creative Producer role, and we may assess that their skills are at the Creative Producer level. Each level has its own compensation range.
