The Job:
As a Social Media Manager you’ll be part of our Digital Marketing team working as a remote employee. You’ll get to:
- Developing and implementing content strategies for each brand and market within the CEE region.
- Creating, executing, and monitoring social media activities in line with company objectives.
- Developing new social media profiles as needed.
- Building audience engagement through compelling content and supporting paid campaigns.
- Collaborating with influencers and content creators to amplify brand messaging.
- Working closely with digital, marketing, sales, and branding teams to ensure strategic alignment.
- Analyzing data and optimizing social media campaigns based on performance metrics.
- Managing social media platforms using company-provided tools.
- Supporting the End User Care team in audience relations, especially regarding partnerships and sponsorships.
- Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and initiating creative brainstorming sessions within the team.

- Experience in planning and executing social media advertising campaigns, with a focus on achieving measurable results.
- Skill in collaborating with influencers and content creators, including coordinating joint initiatives and tracking outcomes.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English and Polish or Czech, enabling professional content creation and effective collaboration with teams and external partners.
