Social Media Manager

This is a remote position.

Compulsory Requirement: Minimum 3 Years Experience as a Social Media Manager with a strong portfolio showcasing organic growth strategies, multi-channel community management, and high-converting B2B/B2C social campaigns.

Payment Structure: Full-time salary – The Social Media Manager will be compensated with a competitive fixed salary aligned with industry standards and experience level for work completed on both FyerX's internal brand presence and diverse client campaigns.

Work Arrangement: Remote

Advantage: Prior experience working with tech firms, marketing agencies, B2B brands, or managing executive thought leadership and influencer promotional campaigns on LinkedIn and Instagram.

Responsibilities:

• Build and execute consistent, brand-aligned social strategies that engage target audiences and establish durable market presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and YouTube.
  

• Develop and manage comprehensive editorial calendars, collaborating with designers and video editors to produce high-impact visual assets, motion clips, and sales collateral.
  

• Drive strategic B2B social distribution and outreach content to engage decision-makers and build qualified pipeline directly from professional networks.
  

• Foster active community engagement by monitoring comments, initiating industry discussions, managing inbound social inquiries, and cultivating brand advocacy.
  

• Track channel performance, analyze engagement and reach metrics, and translate data into actionable insights to continuously optimize social content formats and posting rhythms.
  

• 3+ years of professional social media management experience with a proven track record of growing engaged audiences and running cohesive brand campaigns.
  

• Deep platform expertise across major social channels (particularly LinkedIn, Instagram, and X), with an up-to-date understanding of platform algorithms and distribution best practices.
  

• Exceptional copywriting and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts and business offerings into punchy, compelling social copy.
  

• Hands-on proficiency with social scheduling, analytics, and listening tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Buffer) alongside basic creative tools (Canva, CapCut).
  

• Strategic mindset with a strong focus on data-driven experimentation, audience segmentation, and brand voice consistency.
  

• Strong organizational, time-tracking, and project management skills; ability to oversee multiple client brand handles simultaneously, meet tight publication deadlines, and coordinate effectively with remote teams.
