We're Looking For A: Social Media Intern who will assist with video content creation, Instagram stories creation, trends identification, and data reporting for 3 of our biggest brands. This role will play a crucial part in enhancing our social media presence and achieving our 2025 objectives.
Location: Hybrid (Office in Woodland Hills, CA)
What You'll Be Doing:
- Video Content Creation: Work across brands to own creating trending video content creation. This includes planning, shooting, and editing video content to be approved by the respective social media lead.
- Instagram Story Creation: Ideate and create Instagram stories for brands that will encourage swipe-ups to drive traffic to our website and revenue-driving engagement.
- Identifying Trends & Industry Updates: Report weekly on Instagram and TikTok trends, including, but not limited to: hashtag trends, video trends, audio trends, Meta updates, and general industry updates.
- Content scheduling: Assist in scheduling Instagram Stories and syndicating TikTok posts.Data/Metrics reporting: Assist with pulling monthly data.
Qualifications (Note: We strongly encourage you to apply even if you don't tick ALL of these boxes.):
- Currently in college for Communications, Public Relations or related majors
- Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark).
- Knowledge of photography and video editing (e.g., iMovie, Adobe Premiere, CapCut).
- Familiarity with platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter (X), and LinkedIn.
- Competency in Google Suite: Excel, Docs etc
- Ability to track and interpret basic social media analytics (e.g., engagement, reach, impressions)
- Ability to adapt writing tone to match brand voice and audience.
- Willingness to adapt to the evolving needs of the brand's social media strategy.
- Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with the broader marketing team.
- Creative problem-solving to create innovative and eye-catching content.
- Familiarity with meme culture, viral content, and social media challenges.
- Ability to identify and adapt to emerging social media trends.

The base salary range is $17-$20.
